Nityanand Rai (born January 1, 1966) is a member of the parliament elected at the 2014 general election in Ujiarpur as a candidate of the Bharatiya Janata party. Hajipur's constituency continued to be in the Bihar legislature, winning elections since 2000 (2000, February-2005, October 2005 and 2010) until his election to parliament.

He is the current president of BJP Bihar.
