Impact of Political Parties on Eluru Constituency
The Indian National Congress (INC) played a major role in the initial years after independence and was instrumental in the development of the region. However, the party's influence has waned over the years, and it has been unable to win the Legislative Assembly seat in recent years. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has also made its presence felt in Eluru constituency.
